If you hold a valid eTA and wish to find out the status of your travel authorization here are some tips on how to do it:
If you have applied with us you can simply contact our customer support team, go to the Contact Us page and send us an email with your order number or the email address used to apply for your eTA. Our team will get in touch with you right away and provide you with the status of your eTA as well as any other inquiry regarding your travel authorization.
If your passport has expired you will need to renew it and apply for a new eTA, the same rule applies for your eTA, if your travel authorization has expired you must apply for a new one. We always like to remind our clients to follow the expiry date of their passport as well as the eTA expiration date, to avoid the issues while traveling.
